Welcome to the Citizens Fire Company #2 and Mahanoy City EMS. We are located in the borough of Mahanoy City, Schuylkill County, PA. We are one of five stations that make up the Mahanoy City Fire Department and are designated Station 454. Our station operated three pieces of fire apparatus (Engine, Tower, Squad) and two ambulances. Coverage is provided solely by volunteers except for one paid EMT. We currently have over 40 active volunteers who cover all of Mahanoy City and Mahanoy Township along with being first due into Frackville borough and provide mutal aid throughout northern and southern Schuylkill County. Our station is also part of the Mahanoy City RIT Team. Tower 456 is due on all commercial RIT boxes along with other apparatus from Mahanoy City.
