At approx 13:35 hrs. Citizens Fire and Ems were dispatched to the Vulcan Hill on Route 54 for a crash with entrapment. Engine 454, Squad 456 and Ambulance 4803 went responding and arrived on scene to find two vehicles with injuries sustained by two occupants. Ambulance 4803 popped a door on 1 vehicle for patient access while the Engine and Squad crew's pulled a safety line, provided stabilization, controlled fluids and assisted with patient care. Engine 451 and Tanker 461 set up an LZ at the nearby prison. Capt 454 (Macleary) had command of the incident. Other units on scene were R993 and Medics 6401,6402.
