At 14:24 Engine 454 was dispatched to the intersection of 4th Street and East Mahanoy Avenue for a motor vehicle accident with fluids down and no injuries.  While enroute, MCPD Unit 94 advised a patient needed to be evaluated by EMS.  Mahanoy City EMS was then dispatched.  Engine 454 and Ambualnce 4802 arrived on the scene and found a two car collision with fluids down and two patients needing transportation.  EMS requested an ALS unit and the second BLS to the scene.  The engine crew controlled hazards and directed traffic while patients were packaged and readied for transport.  The engine remained on scene until released by PD.
