At 11:54, Citizens Fire & Mahanoy City EMS were dispatched to Interstate 81 North near Mile Marker 130 for a MVA with unknown injuries. Engine 454 responded along with Ambulance 4802.  Units arrived on scene to find two vehicles  still on the roadway with both patients refusing medical treatment. The crew from Engine 454 provided traffic control during the incident.  Units were on scene approximately 40 minutes. Other units on the box: E454, E451, R993, A4802.
